Saratoga Springs is beautiful...we are also Vacation Club mermebs and own at Animal Kingdom. We stayed at SSR last year and it is beautiful. We did not stay in Congress Park, so I can't speak to that; however the pools were great and the quick service restaurant was good too. We stayed in a room at the farthest point and it was a day hike to the main building. If you will have a car, it is about a 2 minute drive to DDD...very convenient! Enjoy your trip...and the countdown!
